Associate
Degrees: An Associate Degree is an academic degree awarded
by community colleges upon completion of a course of study usually
lasting two years.
Credit
Certificates:
A Credit Certificate is awarded for specific studies that complete in a
one-year program or less.
Non-credit certificates:
Non-credit programs are shorter-term training programs which culminate in a
certificate of completion. Each non-credit course may last from a few weeks to several
months, but typically less than one year.
