Diploma® is an authoring tool that was original developed and marketed by Brownstone Publishing (a provider of assessment tools for online teaching and learning), which was recently purchased by Wimba.

Diploma enables faculty to use word-processing files or Diploma's question editor to create a manage questions and tests and export them in a variety of formats, including in a format that can be imported (using the Content Import tool, like Respondus, TestGen, and ExamView) into Blackboard Vista.
