From myCommNet, click the SUPPORT link, (or from within Bb Learn, click the "Help" link at the top of the window) to access the 24/7 Online Support Center. In the left frame, click "Blackboard Learn" then "Course Delivery" then Instructors or Students, then navigate to topic of interest.

 

Students:

Search Knowledge Base Articles as described above. Bb Learn Student Orientation Course: Look in your Bb Learn "My Courses" list for the Blackboard Learn Student Orientation that will help you become familiar with the online learning environment.
