Low Threshold Applications for Faculty
What's a  "Low Threshold Application"? It's a simple, unintimidating, easily digestible piece of technological information related to teaching and learning. You'll find quick and easy instructions on how to do things that faculty would find helpful, such as "Creating a grade roster in Excel", "Adding audio to PowerPoint", "Creating simple animated GIFs", etc.

Microsoft

All CT Community Colleges faculty are automatically provided with a "commnet" email address on the system's email server, which can be accessed via the Internet by using Outlook Web Access. For more info, go to Outlook Web Access (OWA) Log-in instructions and overview. Tutorials and documentation related to how to use MS Outlook and Exchange Server are available.

Please note, however, that prior to accessing your email via OWA from home, you must first log into the CCC network from an on-campus PC to initialize your account. For more info on how to log into the CCC network, visit www.commnet.edu/netid/netid-faq.asp.
