Install the Microsoft Add-In to Enable
"Save-As" Directly to PDF format from all Office 2007 Applications
Once MS Office 2007 is installed on your computer, be sure
that the MS Office Add-In that enables you to save any document as a PDF
has been installed.
To check, just click the Office button
at the top
left of whatever Office 2007 application you're working in, and select
Save As. If PDF is one of the save options, then the Add-In has
been installed. If not, then (if you're on your home PC), just
download and install it. If you're working on your office computer,
then your IT department may need to install this for you.
