Mission Statement
The mission of this
department is to provide leadership and direction in all areas of
college administration including policy analysis and development,
research, legislative and regulatory analysis, program management. Specific
activities include:
-
Approval
of new degree and certificate program proposals and approval of
program modification proposals.

Review
of accreditation reports for approval by the Board of Trustees and
Board of Governors.

Preparation
of various reports and planned initiatives related to
academic/student affairs.
-
Facilitation
of resolution to student grievances.
-
Assistance
with Americans with Disabilities Act, financial aid, and voter
registration implementations.
-
Coordination
of community development, foundation and grants, and other
development activities.
-
Coordination
of instructional technology initiatives.
