About Our New Employees
  • Rhonda DeWitt, Distance Learning & Web Support Associate, as part of Student Academic Information Systems Team - with over 15 years experience at Lake Washington Technical College (Kirkland, Washington), Rhonda spent those last seven years in course management systems including faculty training and ongoing support.  Rhonda comes to us directly from Yale University where she provided faculty support in the School of Management.- June 2007
  • Debra Presbie - Associate Project Director for the U. S. DOL Bridges to Health Careers Initiative - Debora has 20 years of experience with state and federal grants, working at UConn and the University of Hartford.  She has also served as an independent consultant for many state agencies including the Vermont Department of Education, Connecticut Department of Education, Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center, Connecticut Department of Social services and the Department of Children and Families.  - April 2007
  • Sheila Ringbloom - Grant Partnership Coordinator for the Advanced Manufacturing Grant Initiative Award, which is the result of a strong collaborative effort between CBIA, the Community Colleges, the Workforce Invest Boards, Business & Industry and a host of other partners.  Sheila joins the Community College System from the Stamford Public School system where she served as the Career & Technical Education Facilitator.  Sheila was responsible for coordinating dual credit program implementation within post-secondary institutions in Stamford and was also involved in all aspects of the Carl D.
