Minutes from the January 28 2005 meeting were approved.

Bob Zabek presented an update on the Luminis Project.
We are moving ahead with Luminis. Student email is also on the table.
The current issue is resources to be hired.
Phase one will be a system portal. Each school needs to a appoint a representative.


Michael Lynch will also attend ITPC.
He would like to address the issues of ITPC representation and library authentication.

Carrie Horvath gave an update on Vista.
Vista pilot is officially off and running.
They are currently monitoring operation.
Course shells for Fall 05 are being developed - should be available April.

Michael Gow reported on ITPC.

The article on authentication from the Chronicle of Higher Ed was discussed.


The next meeting was scheduled for March 11, 2005
