The meeting was called to order at
Vote to adopt revised COL Bylaws
Mike Moran and an ad-hoc committee have been working these past several months on revising the COL Bylaws with input from the membership. Mike presented the final draft of the revised Bylaws for review by the members. He made a motion to take a vote to approve the Bylaws and was seconded by someone in the audience. The vote was taken and was unanimous.
Review of Willis
Review
Mike Moran updated us on the Willis upgrades for the positions of Librarian and Director. He said the request has been sent to Bob Reutenauer who will then send it to the Chancellors’ office for approval. If approved, each librarian and director will be required to complete the paperwork to procure an upgrade. A question was posed if there would be an upgrade for the paraprofessionals to which Mike responded, not currently, but possibly at a later date.
