Core-CT Memoranda
The Community College HRMS Support Team communicates with Core-CT
users and their supervisors in a variety of ways including quarterly meetings
of the HRMS Council, email, and telephone. In addition, the Support Team issues
formal memos called Core-CT Memoranda. These memoranda are assigned a number
for ease in tracking and filing, e.g., 2007-1, 2007-2, 2007-3. Core-CT Memoranda
tend to be communications with enduring value, that is, they serve as permanent
guidance on how Core-CT is to be implemented in the Community College System.
Core-CT Memoranda are issued via email message, with a link to the document which
has been permanently filed on the system website. At the present time, Core-CT
Memoranda are accessible only from computers connected to the system network.
