Data Audit Program
Core-CT users must ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness
of the data in Core-CT so that other practitioners and managers can confidently use
the data for reporting, administration and decision-making. You will find information
about the data audit program and the tools available to ensure that Core-CT users can
more effectively plan for the audits that occur each month, integrating these activities
more successfully into their day-to-day work schedules. The tool includes:
- Details about the audit itself (e.g. when the audit should be performed)
- Tools to assist in completing the audit (e.g. a set of instructions for each audit and one
or more queries to capture the data to audited), and
- Additional information which will be helpful
to the CORE user doing the audits (e.g. timeframes of other audits and other important events).
