Module 3.
COMPONENTS OF THE PLAN
There are five components of the plan. The evaluator must be knowledgeable about each one. Upon completion of these modules, you may request more information from you supervisor concerning any area that will help you effectively implement the evaluation process. Findings from the different data sources are meant to be equally considered in writing the overall performance report. Each component is fully described in the Plan, with specific guidelines and methods for their use. A separate module exists for each component.
