Overview: This on-line training program is intended to provide supervisors assistance as they implement the components of the Faculty Development and Review Plan (hyper-linked to the plan). This on-line training program consists of modules that may be viewed altogether or as separate training modules. Each module will describe a critical component of the FDRP and will detail the types of data and reporting forms necessary for successful application of the plan. Throughout the modules a series of questions are posed to new evaluators, if you are working through this training program with peers, please share your responses with them. If you are working alone, write down your answers and discuss them with your supervisor.
These training materials are intended to assist in the implementation of the Plan. They do not constitute any extension or modification of the Plan and its requirements. We hope these training materials will be of immediate assistance to faculty and supervisors as they meet their FDRP obligations.
Success in using these materials is predicated upon familiarity with the Plan. Consequently, you should read relevant portions of the Plan as you work your way through the modules. To assist you, we have included hyperlinks to relevant portions of the Plan. We appreciate your efforts to successfully implement this Plan.
