USER SUPPORT PROCEDURE
Users of the Banner Financial Aid System should request functional
support through the Banner Financial Aid Team. The Banner Financial Aid
Team is located in Room 234-B at the System Office of
the Board of Trustees at 61 Woodland Street in Hartford, CT. The Team consists of 3 full-time
functional staff, 3 full-time technical staff, and 1 part-time user support college
representative.
College users with questions or concerns with the Banner Financial Aid System should e-mail
their inquiries to the Financial Aid Team at SYS-BannerFinaidHelp.
Users can also call the Banner Financial Aid Help Line at 860.244.7802.
If support staff is unavailable to take the call, users should leave a detailed voice mail message.
Your voice mail message is also delivered to the BannerFinAidHelp electronic mail Inbox. Staff
will respond to your inquiry through the most appropriate medium: electronic mail or telephone.

Support services and general questions and concerns about the Banner
Financial Aid System may be directed to Tom Bradham directly at tbradham@commnet.edu.
Any perceived problems of a technical nature (i.e. slowness or disconnections) should be reported
to your local IT department. Your local IT department will contact the System Data Center (SDC) if
they need help resolving the problem.
