The Career Pathways Initiative in Nursing and Allied Health and the Bridges
to Health Careers Initiative represent the first time all 12 of Connecticut's
Community Colleges jointly developed and applied for US Department of Labor
Funding. The Initiatives have given the Community Colleges the
opportunity to advance strategic partnerships in industry, education, the
Workforce Investment Boards, and the legislature. Grant partners
