State Recommended steps to making your web site Accessible

The State Web Accessibility Committee chair recommended using World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) HTML Validation Service, automated repair; HTML Tidy, in addition to using vischeck and listen to our pages in a reader.  Follow these steps on a non-production Web site first so you plan the production changes for minimal customer impact.
