Notes

Tech Prep enrollments were likely much higher in 2001-2002 than reported here because this was the first academic year such enrollments were systematically captured by our Banner administrative system. Current Tech Prep and College Career Pathways students are not reported in the typical frozen files (SWRXF22) but instead are found in the SWRXG04.
Entries such as this are totaled from the colleges' Tech Prep or College Career Pathways enrollment reports. The corresponding "per high school" report is taken directly from Banner. For the two most recent academic years, the Banner high school detail gives more students in the Tech Prep or College Career Pathway programs than the colleges reported in this summary table. In 2005-2006, the twelve colleges reported 6,243 students enrolled in their Tech Prep programs, while the Banner system report SWRXG04 lists 8,269 students with their high schools. In 2006-2007, the twelve colleges reported 5,781 students, while the Banner report lists 5,772 students with their high schools. This disparity is the subject of continuing analysis.
This line is similar to the next line except it includes college credit from any high school outreach program. It reports new fall students (student in a fall term with Banner student type of "N"), with previous credits (cumulative credit hours from academic history greater than 0) and with a high school graduation year equal to the year of college entry (the high school graduation year is equal to the year of the fall term that the student had the student type of "N".)
This line reports new fall students (student in a fall term with Banner student type of "N") admitted from a Tech Prep or College Career Pathway program (Banner admit types of 10, 11, or 12), with previous credits (cumulative credit hours from academic history greater than 0) and with a high school graduation year equal to the year of college entry (the high school graduation year is equal to the year of the fall term that the student had the student type of "N".)
Students with the Banner admit types for Tech Prep and College Career Pathways (Banner admit types of 10, 11, or 12) are counted from the census date history files (F22) for the fall and spring terms of each academic year.
This question uses similar logic to the previous question. It gives the subset of the students counted in that question that are enrolled in all programs other than liberal arts or general eduation (Perkins cluster code other than 17).
