Tuning Up your Browser is Easy!

If you are a first-time user or just here to “tune up” your current myCommNet experience, please follow the steps below to adjust your browser configuration settings listed in your browser inventory review to ensure optimal performance.

  • Perform a Browser Check to take an inventory of your basic browser settings.  Inventory results will provide you an illustration of your current browser configuration and show you which settings need updating to ensure Blackboard Vista runs at its optimal level.

  • Clearing your Internet cached files within your web browser will fix many common browser issues.  Please be aware this action will clear out all of your browser's remembered sites and other saved information.

  • Check your pop-ups and trusted sites to verify that all sites connected through myCommNet are not blocked.

  • Ensure that your anti-virus software is not blocking myCommNet's associated sites.

  • If you are using an un-supported AT&T SBC or AOL browser, please review these tips.
